Why does this job exist and why is it critical? 1) Maxis Own Build Fibre (NGBB) via HFSResponsible for NGBB sales target accountability.Oversee the activities, penetration and progress tracking/follow through.Drive and coordinate NGBB sales for foot soldiers, including team’s performance, analyst on opportunity and improvements.Responsible for the sales performance for all the distributors, including coordinate and tracking of trade programs, stocks management and communication.Drive customised tactical promotions, including approval process and deployment to the ground.Provide analysis and insights to deliver sales productivity and performance.
