Maxis Mobile is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Programme Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programmes. This role is crucial for driving key initiatives that align with our business objectives and enhance our market position.What are you accountable for?Define, plan, and execute multiple concurrent programmes from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with Maxis Mobile's strategic goals and business needs.Develop comprehensive programme plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and budget allocations.Lead and motivate diverse project teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful project execution and team development.Establish and maintain strong communication channels with all stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, project managers, and external partners.Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate programme risks and issues, developing effective contingency plans to ensure programme continuity.Monitor and track programme progress, performance, and budget utilization, providing regular reports and updates to stakeholders.Implement and champion best practices in programme management methodologies, processes, and tools within Maxis Mobile.Ensure programme deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution within programme teams and with stakeholders.Contribute to the continuous improvement of Maxis Mobile's programme management framework and capabilities.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in programme management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex programmes, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.Strong understanding of programme management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and experience applying them in a practical setting.Project Management Professional (PMP) or Programme Management Professional (PgMP) certification is highly desirable.
