How will I help?Infrastructure & Operations is embarking on a new operating model putting Westpac technologists in the driving seat by investing in our Level 3 engineering skills to enable a proactive operating model.The Senior Infrastructure Services Specialist within the Mainframe Infrastructure Services team is required to lead and support Westpac’s complex mainframe environment within their technical expertise.The role plays an important role in the development and maintenance of technical solutions within the Mainframe and ensures that the detailed design and operations are fit for purpose. In addition, this role is #LI-Hybrid and open to interstate candidates as well.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Sound understanding of IBM Z Systems and operation.
Experience
7+ years experience in a complex IT infrastructure environment incorporating planning, implementation, operational management, configuration, and maintenance.Experience with installing, customising and maintaining the Broadcom CA Endevor tool.Advanced analysis, problem solving, troubleshooting and consultative skills.
