Administrative Clerk, Check-Out/Translator
Job description
Job Summary The "first face" of the clinic to patients and community stakeholders. Responsible to strategically schedule patients, maximizing staff efficiency, and maintaining high client satisfaction. Answers phone, directing calls appropriately to nursing triage, direct schedule, or other staff delegation. Completes patient check-out with billing reconciliation and cash collection, as required by insurance status. Act as a translator as needed by nursing staff. **This position is for the NCNC Contact Center, located in Delphi. While this position is primarily located in Delphi, it may require occasional travel to the Burlington, Monon, and/or Wolcott clinics as needed for coverage**
