The Student Experience Centre is a vital part of our student experience.The opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahiWe are seeking Customer Service Representatives to help us with enquiries coming into the Student Experience Centre, from both current and future students. We are ideally looking for University Students who are looking for casual work and are available to start on Monday, 26th February 2023.HoursThis is a casual position, with flexible work hours between 20 to 40 hours per week.Our standard business hours are between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. There is also the option to work during our peak periods. You can choose your hours to work around family, study or general life commitments.TrainingAttending all training sessions is mandatory and is fully paid. The exact times will be provided after the application.

Education
You will work in an inbound call centre, answering queries from our most important customers: our current and future students. We cover a broad range of queries which ensures your day is varied and allows for inbound and outbound interactions through email, phone calls, and other channels.For more detailed information on the role please refer to the position description.
