Job Description

As Training Specialist, you will be supporting the implementation of a new dispute management platform impacting internal and external stakeholders. You will be developing and facilitating training in different ways dependent on stakeholder needs. You will be working closely with another Training Specialist and Change Analyst, whilst reporting into the Change Manager.What you'll need to succeedYou will be a Training Specialist that has supported large-scale system implementations and you will have experience using Articulate 360. You will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and will be comfortable adapting the learning experience dependent on stakeholder requirements.
