Downer has been awarded a major Integrated Facilities Management contract with Stockland, delivering services across a national portfolio of commercial offices, retail centres, logistics facilities and land lease communities. This longterm partnership reflects Downer’s strength in managing large, complex portfolios and delivering highquality services at scale. We currently have multiple opportunities for Facility Managers to join our workforce across Stockland's Melbourne portfolio, playing a key role in the delivery and performance of integrated facilities services. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities.What You’ll DoThis role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:Lead and support site teams to deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused services by fostering a collaborative culture, setting clear expectations, and developing capability aligned with Stockland’s values and operational goals.Driving operational excellence and team engagement through collaborative leadership.Ensuring commercial success through cost optimisation, workforce productivity, and capability development.Building strong, proactive relationships with Stockland stakeholders to deliver value and responsiveness.Identify and support site-level service improvements and collaborative delivery models in partnership with Stockland’s site leadership to enhance operational performance and customer outcomes.
