With a sufficient timezone overlap with the team, we're able to hire eligible candidates for this role from any location in Australia. About the team We're the Goals & Projects team. Goals is where an organization sets its objectives and tracks progress against them. Projects is where a team describes a piece of work and reports on how it's going, separate from the Jira space where the individual work items live. Together they connect what a team is working on to the organization's overarching goals. Both apps are included with every Atlassian cloud plan, and some of their more advanced capabilities are part of Strategy Collection. They show up where teams already work, inside Atlassian Home, Jira, Confluence, Rovo, Focus or Talent, so a lot of what we ship we build with the teams who own those surfaces. Our customers range from the teams doing and tracking the work to the leaders and admins who need to see how it's progressing across a large organization. We're light on process and heavy on trust.
