At ANZ our purpose is to shape a world where people and communities thrive and to achieve this, we need a talented Project Manager to join our Risk Transformation & Delivery team.Risk is a critical function, with highly valued and innovative teams that enable ANZ to deliver its purpose.The Project Manager, Modelling Reporting & Analytics is critical to making this happen and will:Develop and drive a regular operating rhythm for productivity and transformation initiativesEnsure project management methods and rigour are applied by the workstreams and that documentary standards are adhered toDevelop/comply with the processes to ensure that each output meets the required standards and that the work that the workstreams perform contributes to the program and Risk objectivesEnsure benefits are well articulated, owned/realised by receiving functions and hold initiative delivery owners accountable for quality, scope and timelinesMonitor and measure work delivered across the program against plans and budgets, taking mitigating action as required to remain within budgetTrack performance & value realisation from the investments ensuring alignmentEngage stakeholders effectively in the activities of the team, including providing regular communicationsDrive insight on program performanceEnsure clarity and alignment of priorities across the program including communicating progress to key stakeholdersDevelop strong stakeholder relationships across the workstreams, Workstream Sponsor and business stakeholders etc
