Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity to join IAG as a Product Management Specialist! You’ll drive product enhancements and updates across our Liability, Professional Lines, ISR and Construction & Engineering Products. Supporting the Intermediated Insurance Division (IIA), you’ll design solutions which improve our customer experience ensure we comply with our regulatory obligations and protect our brand reputation.This role influences and provides direction of the strategy and vision as well as influences the design, development and the configuration of individual products and whole product classes. You'll have a high degree of impact on the product performance of individual products and entire product classes for IAG.You will be joining a dynamic and supportive team which provides exposure to multiple product lines and engagement with stakeholders of all levels. This permanent role and is open to candidates in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
Responsibilities + Skills
In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.Understanding of underwriting and assurance principles.Strong analytical skills.
Education
Extensive experience in a complex, large-scale insurer or financial services organisation, preferably in Liability, Professional Lines, ISR or Construction and Engineering.Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships,
