How will I Help?You will report into our Head of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Delivery, and will play a critical role in our ESG Delivery team. Your role will be key in developing the Westpac Sustainability narrative and leveraging that narrative in a consistent and effective way to engage with our key stakeholders, internally and externally.Key Responsibilities:Provide a consistently high-quality approach to communication and stakeholder engagement, supporting our Group Sustainability SME's to efficiently and effectively engage, both internally and externallyLead the development of the Westpac sustainability narrative and communications plan, working with Corporate Affairs and CommunityManage sustainability-related complaints and inquiries from the Group Sustainability mailbox and support the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) on engagement with sustainability-related campaignersSupport management of Westpac's Stakeholder Advisory Council, including shaping the agenda, developing papers/calling for papers from across the organisation, and engaging regularly with members
