This hands-on role requires strategic thinking, balancing big-picture vision with attention to detail. While experience in Total Rewards, particularly in Benefits, is preferred, it is not a requirement.Success in this role means delivering impactful results through others and yourself, owning the transformation of our benefits programs by implementing forward-thinking solutions that align with our People Team strategy and enhance Atlassian’s employee benefits value proposition.Working at AtlassianAtlassians can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. You’ll evaluate current programs, propose enhancements, and drive new benefits offerings that align with our strategic goals, ensuring their successful adoption across the organisation.Contribute to program/policy design, incubation, and launch of targeted new benefits to enhance our employees’ experience, growth, and impact.
