Join a newly formed organization designing and launching innovative business models across MENA, where you'll lead operations for a service that redefines fast delivery.As an Operations Lead, you'll build and scale a new service from the ground up, directly shaping how we serve our customers through strategic operational excellence.Key job responsibilitiesWe're seeking a Team lead for Amazon Now Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for:Managing, on a daily basis, end to end operations for either one large site or a combination of small sites, supervising store operationsMeeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to youDriving performance management of your team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associatesImprove the operations process and attain a sustained level of performance improvementConducting 4M and 5S audits for the stores on a daily basis
