Santam’s Claims Business Enablement and Innovation department has a position available for a Junior Knowledge Analyst based in Santam West End Office Park, Centurion.WHAT WILL YOU DO?The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing best practice functional expertise and insights to guide, inform and support Santam Management decision-making and strategic focus to be future fit as well as improving Santam’s operational effectiveness and maintaining operational and claims cost. Furthermore, they will develop and deliver customized knowledge assets, intellectual capacity and expert advice as well as research next generation insurance indemnification solutions by scanning the technology and insurance landscape.
