Situated on one of the most spectacular privately owned wine estates in Stellenbosch, this luxury hotel and spa offers a unique and tranquil setting with stylish rooms and suites, each individually decorated, a choice of dining venues, a luxury day-spa and many venue options for the most romantic wedding imaginable.We are in search of a proficient and skilled GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER to take on the receiving and hosting of guests and to work in conjunction with the senior Guest Relations Team.
Responsibilities + Skills
Fully proficient in booking and reservations systems.Must be willing to work evening and late shifts to manage the hotel when the Guest Relations Mgr is off-duty.
Education
Hotel Management, Front Office or Guest Relations Formal Tertiary QualificationsStrong admin, organisational, financial and planning abilities needed.
