Full job descriptionThe core function of the Sales Assistant is hosting and assisting guests with the complete process of a sale in line with the Lodge Standards of Excellence and SOP.The Sales Assistant reports to the Administrative and Associate and the Sales, Creative Direction & Associate Roles.Undertake a selling role to guests in a way that focuses on service excellence and a positive guest experience.Ensuring the cleanliness, quality and care of equipment, inventory and shop areas.
