Job Description

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a Lead position responsible Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications with future focus on AI/ML integration on new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team. The overall objective of this role is to develop applications systems analysis and programming activities.Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for design and development as a full stack java to build very high-volume, low-latency enterprise applications that can adapt and scale to changing market conditionsUnderstanding the impact of adapting different architectures and designs and present the same to all relevant stakeholders.Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business usersDevelopment of solutions following established technical design, application development standards and quality processes in projects.Understanding the client requirements and envision the solution that can be captured as respective user stories in JIRA.Work with large datasets and develop efficient algorithms for data processing and analysisCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirementsImplement AI/ML models using popular frameworks and librariesEnsure high-quality code delivery with robust testing and validationExcellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and managementProven ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques and execute planPassion and commitment for process and design simplificationWork with Production Service/Support to resolve issuesStay up to date with new development tools and strategies
