Students participate actively in their learning, and coaches facilitate, encourage, and provide opportunities and support.Responsibilities & Duties:Provides coaching and support for student academic growth and achievementWork collaboratively with colleagues and community partners in a co-taught, interdisciplinary instructional settingCollects and analyzes student data to support instructional decisionsDevelop meaningful and supportive relationships with students through a positive youth development and restorative justice lensDevelop and maintain positive relationships and communication with parents and familiesPerforms other related duties as required and assigned
