You will collaborate closely with functional leaders, project management, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and align testing with project goals. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring timely and accurate reporting of test progress, quality metrics, and issues.As a leader, you will mentor a team of test analysts, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. You will manage and report defects, ensuring their timely resolution, and identify risks, developing mitigation plans to address potential challenges. Additionally, you will drive the adoption and integration of testing tools and techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our testing processes.
