To support us we have an exciting opportunity in our Group Talent Acquisition team for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Auckland. We combine our collective expertise and continuously explore new approaches to strengthen our presence and competitive edge in the talent market.Far from being repetitive, you’ll play a hands on role in a significant delivery phase, with plenty of variety and learning opportunities.You’ll be involved in:Delivering endtoend recruitment, with a strong focus on candidate experienceAdvising Hiring Managers on bestpractice recruitment approachesPartnering with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to support transTasman recruitment processesSupporting graduate and intern recruitment campaigns, talent pipelines, and social media initiativesProviding immigration, labour legislation, and market insights to inform recruitment decisionsThis role offers variety, exposure to complex recruitment activity, and the opportunity to influence how we attract talent across Beca.
