Job Description
As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of these projects. Your responsibilities will include:Managing and coordinating on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.Leading and supervising a team of construction professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones within the allocated budget and schedule.Implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to maintain our high standards throughout the construction process.Conducting regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards.Maintaining accurate project documentation, including progress reports, and safety recordsComply with programme / drawings / specifications.Task methodologies and QA plans
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Relevant tertiary qualification in construction or Trade Qualification
Experience
Minimum 5 years NZ experience in a site management roleExperienced in developing and maintaining / updating construction programmes in MS project.
