This role is essential in providing the critical materials for many of Dangote's industries, including cement manufacturing, sugar milling, and salt refining. The Head of Mines will oversee all aspects of mining operations, including safety, exploration, production, and logistics, to ensure that targets are met efficiently and cost-effectively. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large team of mining professionals and fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Mining or Geology Engineering or a related field Minimum of 25 years' experience in the mining industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role Extensive knowledge of mining operations
