The Business Development Executive is responsible for assisting the company in acquiring new customers and developing opportunities to sell additional products or services to existing clients Job Responsibilities Day-to-Day Management Conduct regular customer visits to drive business development and support ongoing projects Handle customer complaints and follow up with technical teams for resolution and product trials Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations Acquire new customers and expand business with existing ones Identify and target key potential customers (industries, factories, catering contractors) Promote products and applications to drive market penetration Achieve assigned sales targets across products, regions, and key accounts Execute and follow up on sales strategies and operational plans Build and maintain strong customer relationships
