Job DescriptionThe role is responsible to drive our organization wide talent management initiatives by shaping a structured Talent Management framework. The incumbent will lead and manage organization-wide efforts to ensure that talent and performance management are developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives. What are you accountable for? Build a Data-Driven (and Future Proof) Talent Management ProcessDesign and implement programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage different segments of talent poolDesign employee career progression path and promotion policiesBuild and implement succession plans to establish an internal talent pipeline that aligns with our business objectives and future workforce requirementsProvide practical advice to departments and related committees with respect to identifying, selecting, and developing employeesDevelop mentoring and coaching processDevelop effective strategies for identifying skills gaps within the workforce
Responsibilities & skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrategic planning abilities to align talent management with organizational goalsProficiency in data analysis for talent-related metrics and insights
