Job description
Role PurposeTo provide legal and commercial support to Wano’s B2B travel distribution business, including the distribution of airline inventory, ancillary products, hotel and other travel products, and related technology and partnership arrangements.The role is responsible for identifying and managing legal and regulatory risks, supporting commercial negotiations and ensuring Wano’s business activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and Group policies.Key Responsibilities1. Commercial & Contract ManagementDraft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with airlines, travel agencies, OTAs, aggregators, travel suppliers, technology providers and other business partners.Advise on key contractual matters including liability, indemnities, payment, settlement, termination, confidentiality, intellectual property, data protection and dispute resolution.Review and maintain standard legal templates and terms and conditions.Provide timely and commercially practical legal advice to the business on contractual and operational matters.

5. Corporate & GovernanceProvide corporate legal support to Wano.Prepare and review board and shareholder resolutions, authorisations and corporate documents.Support corporate governance and statutory compliance matters.Coordinate with Group Legal and company secretarial functions where required.
