Everyone at Rotman, faculty and staff, plays a role in bringing that promise to life. Your opportunity: Reporting to the Area Coordinator you will provide professional administrative support for a wide range of operational and administrative activities within the Academic Area. Responsibilities will include ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Area, supporting Faculty and PhD recruitment related activities, providing academic administrative support, will oversee the CUPE 3902 staffing and associated activities, event and travel logistics, planning and promotion, reconciliation and financial account monitoring, orienting new faculty and Instructors to available resources and support.
