you’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire end to end home lending process for regulated mortgages within your state and segment, from receiving referrals through to origination and settlement. Leading a high-performing team, you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional business mortgage solutions. Your leadership will focus on driving a customer-first approach, building trust with business customers, and ensuring your team consistently meets and exceeds expectations.
