Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Manager to join our Business Control and Monitoring (BCM) team in the Technology Division. BCM helps keep the bank safe by building a strong risk culture and making sure risks are well understood and managed across Technology. You’ll work closely with leaders especially in Infrastructure and Service Management to guide risk decisions, improve controls, and support incident oversight.You’ll lead risk workshops, advise on risk strategies, and help teams design safer technology solutions. You’ll also write clear reports for senior leaders, lead strategic initiatives to improve our risk services, and coach others to build capability. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll make a real impact on how risk is managed across the division.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Strong experience in risk management within large, complex organisations (ideally in financial services)Deep understanding of operational IT, risk and compliance frameworks, and the regulatory landscapeExcellent communication and influencing skills across senior stakeholdersStrong problem-solving, planning, and project management skillsAbility to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
