Your new roleYou will play a critical role in managing the full contract lifecycle from ECI to handover of a high-profile commercial development.Draft, assess, and negotiate contractual agreements with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.Establish and maintain clarity around contractual responsibilities, ensuring full compliance throughout the duration of the project.Administer and oversee variations, time extensions, and claims in alignment with legal requirements and commercial best practices.Track contract performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders on contract status, risks, and financial exposure.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Degree in Construction Management, or related fieldProven experience in managing commercial construction contracts.
Experience
Experience with health or government contracts is highly desirable.Experience on software such as Procore and Jobpac.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
