The Service Advisor is responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets through effective upselling and service delivery. This role requires excellent customer handling and communication skills, as well as the ability to work extended hours to meet targets and commitments.What You Will Do:Customer Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.Actively engage with customers through consultation on needs and service requirements, ensuring the vehicle is fixed right the first time.At the time of vehicle delivery, ensure the customer receives a detailed explanation of all work performed and costs to illustrate the value-addition of services rendered.Effectively manage customer complaints to satisfactory closure, sustaining and improving Customer Service Value and Net Promoter Scores.Sales and RevenueAchieve financial objectives by upselling and controlling discounts to meet monthly revenue targets.Ensure active compliance to all Standard Operating Procedures, Company policies, and Distributor Programs to ensure consistency in the customer experience
