This role requires a comprehensive management approach to ensure synergy among stakeholders and meet growth budgets. Managing a team of nine direct reports, the manager is tasked with expanding the business's market footprint while maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction. This role directly impacts the financial health of the organization by optimizing fleet sales, pricing strategy, stock management, and customer relations.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Advanced stock management and tactical commercial program development skills.Proven abilities in negotiating and closing deals effectively while interpreting and leveraging P&L for used cars.Exceptional training, coaching, and leadership skills to manage and develop sales teams.Highly developed quantitative and analytical skills with computer proficiency for data evaluation and presentation.
