Job Description
Experience in installation, upgrade, patching of server hardware and platform software.Experience in backup, recovery design, DR implementation, monitoring implementation, troubleshooting, performance tuning and optimization.Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including identity governance, conditional access, RBAC and SSO Responsibilities: Hands-on management of enterprise-class server, storage and cloud infrastructureConfigure, upgrade, install and manage server and storage diagnostic, configuration and management toolsPerform capacity management and planning to ensure scalability and availability of the server, storage and cloud environmentTroubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, configuration and operational problems across the enterprise environmentMaintain servers and storage area networks through practical and structured maintenance plansManage and report on new implementations, lifecycle management, patch management, optimisation and service improvement initiativesAdminister, manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including identity governance, conditional access, RBAC and SSO configurationsManage, troubleshoot and optimise Microsoft Intune including device enrolment, compliance policies, configuration profiles and application deploymentsAdminister and support the Microsoft 365 suite including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and licensing managementInvestigate and resolve escalated issues related to Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft 365 services
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
A minimum of 5 years in a technical role (design, implementation and maintenance of servers and storage).Expect knowledge of hardware platforms, converged infrastructure, networking, SAN, NAS and subsystems.Strong knowledge of enterprise and mid-range storage, file system, cloud and virtualisation technologies.
