CAREER OPPORTUNITYSantam Agriculture has a career opportunity for a Regional Manager in the Crop department which will be based in Bloemfontein (FS).KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing & Business Growth Develop and execute strategies to expand crop insurance.Lead marketing initiatives and coordinate Area Managers to promote products to Brokers and Agri Businesses.Represent Santam at farmers’ meetings.Build and maintain relationships with Broker agencies and Agri Businesses.Manage crop insurance administration and broker support.Drive cross-selling for crop and asset insurance. Relationship Management Foster strong partnerships with clients, brokers, and Agri Business managers.Coordinate broker relationships across Santam.Support Relationship Managers.Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with SLA and CSI requirements.Manage regional operating expenses. Broker Practice Support Assist brokers with training and operational support.Guide crop insurance administration and policy issuance.Approve and manage input cost applications.Oversee premium collections.Manage regional marketing initiatives and budgets.
