Exceptional Food & Beverage knowledge essential and accustomed to high levels of service.Strong eye for detail, guest centric, dynamic, and energetic.Knowledge of both FOH & BOH Lodge operations including maintenance and housekeeping.
Education
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent beneficial.
