This role also entails direct line management of the internal channel home loans sales teams within the provincial structures.Deliver expert relationship management and technical support to internal business partners, ensuring the highest standards of service and expertise.Provide authoritative leadership and direct line management to internal channel home loans sales teams, driving performance and maintaining operational excellence across provincial structures.Offer crucial support to the branch network, disseminating critical information on product updates, facilitating comprehensive training programmes, communicating criteria changes, and developing strategic tactics for business acquisition.Spearhead initiatives to bolster home loan sales through the Branch channel, implementing data-driven strategies and monitoring key performance indicators.Serve as a subject matter expert, offering guidance on complex home loan products and services to internal stakeholders and team members.Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies in all aspects of home loan services and sales operations.Conduct regular performance reviews and implement targeted development plans to enhance team capabilities and achieve organisational objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in home loan services delivery.Qualifications
