Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Good understanding of delivering excellent service to agents and guests.In-depth knowledge of Tourplan or a similar booking system.
Experience
Extensive geographical, logistical, and product knowledge of South Africa, Botswana, Tanzania, and Kenya.
