Job DescriptionTo execute Compliance Risk Management processes and activities within Personal and Private Banking, to ensure that the area is undertaken in a compliant manner to avoid operational losses, fines, penalties or reputational damage to the organisation and enable the competitive advantage of the organisation.

Education
2-5 years - The role requires a entry Compliance professional with knowledge of the relevant regulatory requirements and upcoming developments applicable in banking.Experience within Africa Regions would be benefical.Demonstrated experience working with Generative AI tools (MS Co Pilot etc.) and using prompt engineering techniques.Drafting(Business documents, reporting, compliance risk management plans and regulatory universes).Must have strong communication, time management and stakeholder management skills.Must be capable of working in a team enviornment.Conducting research would be benefical.
