Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Full Time Produce Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the freshness and presentation of produce, ensuring accurate inventory management, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced grocery environment. Bilingual abilities and warehouse experience are a plus, as well as familiarity with retail math, merchandising, and shipping & receiving processes.DutiesStock and replenish produce displays, ensuring products are fresh, well-organized, and visually appealingManage inventory levels using RF scanners and inventory control systems to prevent shortages or overstockingOperate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts for loading, unloading, and moving produce within the warehouse and sales floorAssist with packaging, labeling, and merchandising produce to maximize sales potentialMaintain cleanliness of the produce area, including sanitation and general upkeepSupport shipping & receiving tasks by loading and unloading deliveries accuratelyProvide exceptional customer service by answering questions about produce items and offering product recommendationsConduct retail math calculations for pricing, stock levels, and sales trackingCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and maintain organizational standards
