You will be instrumental in driving the delivery of data-driven solutions by leading agile ceremonies, gathering requirements, and ensuring the quality of our analytical products. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a passion for both data and agile methodologies to make a significant impact.Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Leadership:Lead daily scrum meetings and facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Champion agile principles and practices within the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.Manage the product backlog, prioritize user stories, and ensure the development team has a clear understanding of the work to be done.Requirement and Data Analysis:Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct in-depth requirement analysis for data analytics projects.Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications and user stories.Perform hands-on data analysis using SQL and/or Python to validate assumptions, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
