Our mission is to provide world-class service and experience for customers, sellers and creators.We are looking for a Prompt Engineering Leader to manage the Automation Prompt Engineering Team to fulfill the business' needs, and drive continuous improvement together with cross functional teams.What will you doLead and set the directions and experience evaluation metrics for the global automation operation team.Manage effective methodology to continuously find opportunities for automation experience improvement.Explore the experience gap by competitor analysis for creative optimization.Set strong collaboration with cross function stakeholders, and drive success globally.Optimize the existing workflow and improve the entire working efficiency within the team.Define the effective strategy based on scenario analysis and customer painpoint.
