In this role, you are required to lead the creator team.Responsibilities Responsible for the formulation of the overall user KOL business operation strategy, responsible for the growth and conversion of KOL Business.Responsible for the cost budget and profit indicators of the overall business of the influencer, cooperate with the business team through influencer policy management, establishment of effective cost budgeting mechanism, influencer profit strategy, etc and to improve the P&L of the overall business of the influencer;Responsible for the growth of affiliate merchandize products, including improving the scale and efficiency of the affiliate merchandize.
