The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at TikTok helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.ResponsibilitiesManage the team's day-to-day activities, including but not limited to scheduling, utilisation, certifications, quality of training delivery to ensure that policies and processes are being applied accurately and consistently across in-house and partner teamsCollaborate to define and drive quality standards and execute strategies to consistently maximize training impact and efficiencyManage the overall performance and operational aspects of the training teamDevelop our people through coaching around short and long-term goals; provide support around career planning and career growth for the people in our team.Work with cross-functional partners across Trust & Safety to identify, formulate and implement scaled training solutionsCommunicate with T&S department managers to provide information and clarification regarding training programs and other learning initiativesStay on top of training industry trends and best practices, and apply that knowledge in creating and delivering modern training projectsRecruit and retain top talent
