Education
A natural coach and mentor with an ability to foster relationships with all levels of the team, to relate well with others, to listen effectively, and to help employees at all levels understand and live the core valuesA data driven decision-maker with the ability to advocate for investments in organizational culture strategies
Experience
Proved experience in HR consultation, leadership development, content creation and communicationsKnowledgeable in organizational culture domains including employee engagement and retention, organizational development, employee relations, and internal communications
