Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Defining product roadmap and iteration plans, set metrics that inform the success of safety effortsAnalyzing data, finding problems, making strategic decisions based on data and metrics.
Experience
Experience and expertise in content moderation and quality, safety & abuse, and other safety-related initiatives.Experience in project management with cross-function teams, across different time zones, cultures and languages.
