His role will be to set the maintenance strategy and reliability program and ensuring we continually have the correct mix of skillsets through the team. They will review and approve all work permits, method statements, & risk assessments, and drive engineering best practice with a focus on consistent standards and continuous improvement. With oversight of asset management, CMMS and projects, they will ensure outputs of these teams are integrated into the engineering delivery arm of the structure.
Responsibilities + Skills
You possess good verbal and written communication skills (English), and are an active listener. This translates to your ability in demonstrating a proactive & professional approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement. You are able to interact with a wide range of client staff, including senior levels, as well as managing conflict and balance between client and firm requirements. Internally, you are an effective leader who provides good training and promote open, constructive and collaborative relationships at all levels of staffs across the region.
