We are looking for a diligent and motivated Material Handler Lead to join our team in the Distribution department. This position offers hands-on learning experiences, exposure to various aspects of distribution, and opportunities for professional growth in inventory management, logistics coordination, and continuous improvement. What will you do?Responsibilities and AuthoritiesAs a Material Handler Lead, you will:Supervise a team to perform distribution duties, including picking, packing, and put-away of materials and parts, data entry, and support cycle counts.Be responsible for the Traffic desk and generate pick tickets.Collaborate closely with internal and external customers to resolve distribution issues.Ensure that equipment, freezers, and MHE are accurately maintained, engaging suppliers for support whenever necessary.Plan workforce and resource allocation to meet operational demands.Ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) is strictly achieved and maintained.
