We offer products and solutions that enable customers to push the boundaries of innovation.Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Management (TM) with a matrix reporting line to the Vice President, Human Resources (VP-HR) for Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ), this role is responsible for designing, leading and implementing talent strategies and programs that develop, retain and actively accelerate our organization's talent within a high-growth region. The successful candidate will lead a multi-cultural team of regional TM managers, working closely with senior leadership across organisation to create and implement plans to build an enduring, deep and diverse pipeline of future leaders.
