Ensure proper SFDC usage and data management with integrity.Provide feedback on marketing campaigns to optimize sales.Handle escalations and customer issues professionally.Work with Data analysis team to generate reports on sales performance and forecasts.Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Strong knowledge of inside sales, , and/ or customer engagement strategies.Ability to manage and develop high-performing remote teams, display potential for growthExperience in managing scorecards, performance metrics, and sales analytics.Ability to work with external vendors and internal teams effectively.Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate across regions.
