Job Description
You will be responsible for creating technical scope documents, reviewing submittals, and recommending changes to suppliers and contractors. Effectively coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure scoping, evaluation and selection of Service provider / contractor. AccountabilitiesCollaborate with FM team and user departments and other stakeholders to understand requirements, objectives and develop detailed technical scope documents outlining requirements, specifications and standards ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry codes, regulations, and company guidelines.Review and evaluate submittals received from suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and contract requirements.Identify discrepancies, errors, and deviations from the approved plans and specifications and provide clear and concise feedback to suppliers and contractors, outlining necessary corrections or modifications.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical or Mechanical, Construction Management) or a related field with minimum 5 years of job-related experience.
Experience
Proven experience in building engineering, construction, or a similar technical role.Strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and industry standards.Familiarity with codes, regulations, and best practices in the construction industry.
