Job Description

As a Spa Sales Executive, you are responsible for greeting and assisting clients to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Spa Sales Executive will also be required to manage customer feedback and be an effective sales person. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Assist guests and visitors in an appropriate and timely mannerPromote resort memberships to guests and visitorsAccompany every interested party around the Resort, to promote Memberships, ESPA Life and Fitness activitiesActively promote products and services of the SpaAct as a representative of all products and services of the hotel and actively promote to spa guests and membersAssist Spa Reception with reservations for treatments
